Every day you will:

• Prepare welds according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand the tasks requested and required
• Measure and cut materials to specifications before welding
• Weld stainless steel thickness of 0.020
• 1/2" as well as Aluminum 14ga and 1/8'
• Maintain and repair welding equipment to ensure efficiency What you bring to this role:

• Strong knowledge of basic mathematics
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• High School diploma or GED
• Prefer experience in trade/vocational school; however, willing to train the individuals in reading blueprints, handling tools, and maintaining equipment What we offer:
