Every day you will:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum.
• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts and products according to engineering specifications.
• Utilize various fabrication techniques to work with stainless steel and aluminum, handling thicknesses ranging from 18 Ga. to 1/4".
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand the tasks requested and required
• Weld stainless steel thickness of 0.020"-1/2" as well as Aluminum 14ga and 1/8'
• Operate cutting, grinding, and forming tools safely and efficiently.
• Measure, mark, and layout materials according to project specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. What you bring to this role:
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Adherence to safety standards
• Strong knowledge of basic mathematics
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• High School diploma or GED
• Prior welding and fabrication experience
