Welder The Welder supports fabrication, repair, and installation work across for our proprietary mining equipment. This role requires strong multiprocess welding skills, blueprint interpretation, and consistent adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Structural Fabrication Weld structural steel, brackets, frames, and supports commonly used in Dallas commercial construction and industrial retrofits. MultiProcess Welding Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and FluxCore welding depending on project requirements in fabrication shops and field environments. Equipment & Machinery Repair Repair forklifts, conveyors, loaders, and plant machinery used throughout logistics and manufacturing facilities. Blueprint & Spec Interpretation Read shop drawings, AWS welding symbols, and fabrication plans for OEM and customfabrication work. Field Welding Travel to job sites for onsite welding, installation, and repair tasks. Quality Assurance Inspect welds for strength, alignment, and compliance with AWS standards and company specifications. Safety Compliance Follow OSHA, Texas industrial safety requirements, and company protocols; maintain PPE and safe work zones. Required Skills & Qualifications AWS or ASME Certification preferred. Shop & Field Welding Experience Ability to work in fabrication shops and outdoor job sites. Material Knowledge Steel, stainless, aluminum; experience with heavygauge materials common in industrial fabrication. Tool Proficiency Grinders, torches, clamps, plasma cutters, measuring tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in heat, and stand for extended periods. Preferred Experience for Dallas Employers Industrial Plant Welding Manufacturing, packaging, or equipment. Structural Steel Experience with beams, columns, mezzanines, and warehouse buildouts. Pipe Welding Natural gas, compressed air, hydraulic lines, or process piping. Heavy Equipment Repair Forklifts, skid steers, loaders, and industrial vehicles. Work Environment Fabrication shop in Pilot Point Exposure to heat, sparks, noise, and heavy machinery; PPE required.
