If you have experience with MIG welding, metal fabrication, blueprint reading, grinding, and manufacturing , this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable production team with consistent overtime. This is a full-time, first-shift position working Monday-Thursday (4 ten-hour shifts) with regular overtime available. Fabricate, fit, tack, weld, grind, and finish metal parts for production assemblies. Read blueprints and accurately measure materials using hand tools and measuring equipment. Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy. Safely operate welding machines, grinders, saws, and fabrication equipment while maintaining a clean work area. Requirements Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools. Experience with metal fabrication and grinding. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be available to work overtime. Steel-toed boots required. Must provide your own welding hood (helmet). Welding gloves and sleeves required (can be provided if needed). Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds. Work Environment This position is performed in a manufacturing facility with exposure to heat, sparks, noise, dust, and steel fabrication equipment.
