  • Temp to Hire Hamilton Form Company is currently accepting applications for various Welding and Fabrication positions.
Hamilton Form Company is an innovative steel manufacturing company that builds custom steel forms for the precast, prestressed concrete industry. We maintain a reputation as a trusted manufacturer and partner to our customers and employees. Welding and Fabrication positions support the manufacturing plant by assembling pieces of metal or repairing damage to products using welding equipment and tools. This is a temp to hire position. Duties include but are not limited to: o Material Handling o Material Prep o Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions o Mig and Flux Core o Position, align, fit, tack and weld parts to form complete assemblies or sub-assemblies o Operate hand and power tools o Follow instructions from supervisors/management and SOPs o Follow quality plans and quality specifications Schedule

Pay Range:
$18.50
  • $24.00
  • Pay will depend on experience and welding test scores Education and Work Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Welding and fitting experience
  • Mig Welding experience
  • Flux Core Welding experience preferred
  • Welding certification preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing industry or similar preferred Qualifications
  • Pass welding test showcasing skills in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
  • Perform welding using various materials such as .035 solid wire and .045 flux core wire
  • Utilize hand cutting torches and hand grinders with precision
  • Read tape measure with accuracy to 1/32"
  • Execute minimal assembly tasks under supervision
  • Willingness to perform other production-related duties as assigned
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing and screening PPE Requirements
  • Welding hood
  • Gloves
  • Steel toe footwear
  • Long sleeves
  • Safety glasses
  • Ear protection
Pay:
$18.50
  • $24.
00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 45.0 per week
