STRUCTURAL WELDER / FITTER CCB

Fabricators, Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable Structural Welder/Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting and welding structural steel and be able to read and understand shop drawings and welding symbols.

Pay:

$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30

PM Overtime:

Available as needed Job Responsibilities Fit and weld structural steel components according to drawings and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols Measure, cut, position, align, and tack materials prior to welding Perform quality structural welds using appropriate welding processes Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, and fit-up of fabricated components Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measuring equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform other fabrication and shop duties as assigned Qualifications Previous structural welding and fitting experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and fit-up Ability to accurately measure and use fabrication tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be safety-conscious and committed to producing quality work Must be able to lift, move, and work with heavy materials What We Offer $24.00/hour Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM 4-day workweek Overtime opportunities Opportunity for growth and advancement Stable work environment
