The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding processes, with the ability to build and assemble various components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and proficiency in using hand tools and machinery. Responsibilities Build and assemble metal structures and components based on engineering drawings and specifications. Operate various machines including press brake machines for bending and shaping metal And basic metal working equipment. Perform stick, MiG welding. Tig experience is a plus. Utilize hand tools efficiently for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal components. Maintain compliance with industry codes and standards throughout the fabrication process. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet required specifications. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication and welding, with a strong understanding of welding techniques such as MIG and Stick welding. Experience with stairs and railings is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to welding and fabrication work. Proficient in using hand tools and operating machinery safely. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
