Do you enjoy building parts that fit the first time because your measurements are right on? What the Work Looks Like Fit components in fixtures and build sub-assemblies from prints Translate specs, diagrams, and schematics into accurate weldments Verify dimensions using a tape measure before and after welds Fabricate and join parts to meet daily production commitments Produce sound, consistent welds while following safety practices What You'll Need to Succeed Previous MIG (GMAW) welding/fabrication experience preferred Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods Comfort working in positions that require stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Must be able to pass a weld test Where You'll Excel Setting up production welding processes for repeatability Reading blueprints to ensure proper fit-up and quality Equipment You'll Use MIG Welder Stick Welder Let's Talk Ready to move forward?
