Position:
All our trailers are steel and assembled on a production line with teams of welders. New hires must pass a vertical, over head, and flat MIG weld test on high heat.
Compensation:
Our welders are on a piece work system, minimum you can make is $19/hr and you can make upwards of $36/hr
