Job Description
Full-time position available for Welder/Shop Help fabrication assistant. Location is Terrell, Texas. You will be drug tested and if you claim to have welding experience, your welds will be inspected before any decisions are made concerning your employment.
General Description of Duties:
Cut steel to correct lengths & quantities as called for on Material Lists. MIG weld various steel components, ranging from light gauge galvanized structural to heavy duty bare steel. Load & unload steel bundles and packaged kits w/ forklift. Some machinery maintenance/repair required. Maintain production schedule to produce and deliver quality product on-time. Maintain quality control on all items produced. Excellent work habits and willing to do so in a hot warehouse. Strong attention to detail.Bonus qualifications:
MIG, light gauge & HD structural welding. Grind and paint welds on finished products/parts. Ability to read simple blueprints.- You must have reliable transportation & a valid Driver's License.
