Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking dedicated and skilled Welders Mig-Metal 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Welder, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process, ensuring high-quality welds and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Waco, TX Pay Range:
$22
  • 24 HR.
Interview Wednesday and Thursday Shift:
1-6am 430 Monday
  • Thursday 2-4pm-230 Monday
  • Thursday 3
  • Friday sat Sunday 5am

Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on various metal components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols Inspect welds for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of welding experience, with 5+ years preferred Proficiency in Flux Core and/or MIG welding techniques Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Industrial welding background is a plus What's in it for me?
