Diversified Sourcing Solutions- Waxahachie We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in various welding techniques, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and ensuring all welds meet quality standards.

DOE Hours:

Mon - Thur 6a-4p, Fridays OT as needed Roles & Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols accurately. Set up welding machines and select appropriate materials and settings. Perform MIG, TIG, stick, or gas welding based on project requirements. Inspect and test welds using appropriate tools and methods. Repair and maintain metal structures, machinery, and equipment. Cut metal components using saws, torches, or plasma cutters. Follow safety protocols and use protective gear at all times. Maintain welding equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed. Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, and engineers. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Requirements & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in welding (AWS, NCCER, or similar) preferred. Proven experience as a Welder or in metal fabrication. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, arc, and/or gas welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols. Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication processes. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Commitment to workplace safety and use of PPE.
