Ascend Staffing is currently hiring an Experienced Precision TIG Welder for a leading manufacturing company in North Salt Lake, UT. If you have a strong background in precision TIG welding and are committed to producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you. What We Offer Weekly pay Competitive pay: $20.90

•$28.60 per hour DOE Swing shift premium included (+10% over day shift) Direct deposit and pay card options Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Four-day workweek Every weekend is a 3-day weekend Job Responsibilities Must be able to TIG weld light gauge stainless material, specifically 18-20 gauge material Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, schematics, and job specifications Produce high-quality welds that meet customer and company standards Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and compliance Verify finished work meets blueprint tolerances and specifications Maintain welding equipment and a clean, safe work area Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve welding-related issues Follow all safety procedures and company policies Document completed work and report defects or concerns as needed Schedule Swing Shift Monday

•Thursday 3:30 PM

•2:00 AM Includes a 10% shift differential Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Precision TIG Welding experience Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and safety procedures Ability to consistently produce precise, high-quality welds Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States English proficiency required Preferred Qualifications Completion of a welding apprenticeship program AWS Welding Certification or other professional welding certifications About Ascend Staffing Ascend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
