Job Description
MIG Welder Land a steady day shift welding role in Pleasant Grove, earning up to $22/hour. This is a hands-on production welding position where your ability to run a clean vertical weld is what gets you hired — and what keeps you growing. What You'll Do Run MIG welds in multiple positions, with a strong focus on vertical welding Maintain consistent weld quality and appearance across production runs Read and interpret basic weld symbols or blueprints as needed Inspect your own work and identify defects before parts move down the line Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area What You Bring Required Demonstrated ability to run a vertical MIG weld — this is the core skill for this role Hands-on MIG welding experience in a production or fabrication setting Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards throughout the shift Preferred Experience with structural or light fabrication welding Familiarity with reading weld symbols or shop drawings Schedule & Shift Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay & Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience One more thing worth knowing — if you want to tour the facility, see the equipment, and review the process before your weld test, that door is open.
