Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to producing high-quality welds. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and measurements Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards Work independently as well as part of a team Qualifications Previous TIG welding experience required Ability to produce clean, precise welds Experience with aluminum and stainless steel preferred Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, hardworking, and dependable Must have your own basic hand tools Welding certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time employment Consistent work Opportunities for overtime [Add benefits here - health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, etc.]
