CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Industrial Pipe Welders in Newport News, VA. This is an immediate opportunity for qualified professionals seeking steady work. Candidates with hands-on TIG and MIG welding experience on steel are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have prior shipyard, marine, or heavy industrial exposure and be comfortable demonstrating weld quality during in-shop testing. Versatility in both TIG and MIG processes is valued, along with the ability to work a four-day, ten-hour schedule starting early mornings.

Mon to Thu, 10 hours per day, 6:00 AM - 4:30

PM Start Date:

ASAP SCOPE OF WORK

Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel components
Demonstrate weld quality during in-shop testing
Maintain safety and quality standards in an industrial environment
Follow project-specific instructions and safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 6 years of experience required
Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
Ability to demonstrate clean, consistent welds during evaluation
Comfortable working early morning shifts and passing extensive background checks
