Richmond, VA Pay:
$27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Why This Opportunity Stands Out Significant overtime available Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term stability Brand-new equipment and modern facilities Career growth and advancement opportunities Clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Strong leadership and team support Key Responsibilities Perform pipe welding using MIG, FCAW, and TIG processes Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols Fit, align, and assemble piping systems and structural components Measure, cut, bevel, and prepare materials for fabrication and installation Perform pipe fitting duties including threading, bending, rigging, and layout work Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure compliance with project specifications and ASME standards Troubleshoot and repair piping systems as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all OSHA and company safety procedures Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet project schedules and quality expectations Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments Strong experience with MIG, FCAW, and TIG welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications Working knowledge of ASME welding and piping standards Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work overtime and meet production deadlines Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or fire sprinkler piping systems Previous fabrication shop or industrial manufacturing experience Ability to pass a 6G Combo welding test on Schedule 80 pipe preferred OSHA 10 certification is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and committed to producing quality work in a team-oriented environment.
