• Job Description:

• We are seeking individuals to support the manufacturing of advanced aerospace components using composite materials such as carbon fiber and prepregs. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience or strong mechanical aptitude looking to grow within the aerospace industry.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Perform hand layup of composite materials on molds per engineering specifications + Prepare tools, molds, and surfaces to ensure proper material adhesion and part quality + Apply prepreg materials with accurate fiber orientation and ply placement + Set up and execute vacuum bagging processes for curing operations + Operate ovens and autoclaves in accordance with process and safety requirements + Trim, drill, and finish parts to meet dimensional and quality standards + Inspect components for defects and ensure compliance with specifications + Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions •

Qualifications:

• + High school diploma or GED + Experience using hand and power tools, ideally in a manufacturing or technical setting + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures + Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Preferred Skills (Not Required):
• + Experience in manufacturing, construction, or related field + Familiarity with composite materials or technical documentation

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $23.00
