Responsibilities Perform non-structural MIG welding according to specifications Operate welding equipment to run consistent beads and complete repetitive welds Follow work instructions and production schedules Inspect welds for quality and consistency Maintain a safe and organized work area Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications AWS Certification required Previous MIG welding experience preferred (production or light fabrication a plus) Ability to run consistent welds with attention to detail Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Basic knowledge of welding safety practices Ability to follow instructions and work independently The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $34/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
