Job Description
Copper Creek Fabrication is a busy custom metal fabrication shop in Sequim, Washington, looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Our work is diverse, challenging, and rarely repetitive. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and taking pride in building high-quality custom products. Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or construction is preferred, but we are also willing to consider someone with strong mechanical ability, critical-thinking skills, and a desire to learn. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom metal projects Measure, cut, fit, weld, and finish metal components Read drawings, plans, and measurements Safely operate shop tools and fabrication equipment Assist with field installation and construction-related work Identify problems and help develop practical solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Metal fabrication, welding, or construction experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and critical-thinking skills Strong understanding of practical math, including geometry and angles Ability to accurately read a tape measure Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to perform physically demanding work Ability to follow instructions and work safely Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Compensation and Benefits Starting pay of $25-$32 per hour , depending on experience Full-time position Medical and dental benefits
