Position:
TIG Fabricator Location:
Vancouver, WA Pay:
$30+ / hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 6 AM to 5

What You'll Do:
As a TIG Fabricator, you will be responsible for: Reading blueprints and design documents to fabricate precision parts. Cutting and welding high-quality parts from aluminum and other materials. Ability to fit a project from blueprint to finished product Safely handling and maneuvering heavy materials using equipment like forklifts, cranes, and hoists. Ensuring parts meet customer specifications and inspecting assemblies. Demonstrating proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Dual Shield welding techniques with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Collaborating with supervisors and fabricators to meet production goals and quality standards. What's In It for

Have:
Experience:
5+ years of welding experience , particularly in Tig with a strong welding foundation of MIG as well.
Skills:
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Dual Shield welding processes, and strong ability to fit parts to complete jobs
Physical Ability:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unaided and perform repetitive movements.
Safety First:
A strong focus on safety in both welding and material handling.
Blueprint Reading:
Ability to interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions.

Ensure that parts meet customer requirements and are inspected before moving to the next phase.
Team Player:
Able to collaborate effectively with supervisors and other fabricators.
Physical Stamina:
Able to stand for long periods, lift and maneuver heavy materials, and maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
Preferred:
Experience with ISO and AS9100 company environments Strong Fitting experience and ability to weld and fabricate in a jobshop setting with
