HR Job Description:

Set up and operate fabrication equipment to cut parts according to drawings and diagrams. Perform layout, assembly, and sub-assembly of structural components prior to the welding process.

Essential Skills:

Ability to operate cutting equipment Ability to read and interpret drawings to determine proper layout of parts Proficient in reading a tape measure Strong attention to detail

Environment & Shift:

Engineering and fabrication of large dry kilns and industrial boilers. Fabrication shop with open bays; environment may be hot in the summer and cool in the winter. Loud work environment. Employees will be on their feet throughout the shift with frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
