Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder I-III to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing fabrication welding using manual, semi-automatic, and automatic processes in required positions. This position sets up and operates welding equipment, selects appropriate electrodes, wire, and machine settings, performs oxy-fuel cutting and preheating. Produces welds that meet established safety, quality, and productivity requirements. Responsibilities Read and interpret weld symbols, applicable drawings, and fabrication requirements needed to complete assigned work. Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding equipment and perform welding in required positions within current qualifications. Select appropriate weld electrodes, wire, and machine settings for the assigned work and make necessary adjustments to maintain weld quality. Safely use oxy-fuel equipment for cutting and preheating as required by the work. Produce welds that consistently meet applicable visual, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, and radiographic inspection requirements, as required. Follow written and verbal instructions, safety requirements, work procedures, and controls for potentially hazardous conditions. Maintain acceptable standards for both workmanship quality and production quantity while completing assigned work safely and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites or in fabrication shops with metal materials such as sheet metal, pipe, or heavy structural steel. Demonstrated proficiency in multiple welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW. Ability to read and interpret weld symbols and apply them accurately to assigned work. Ability to consistently produce welds that meet visual, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, and radiographic inspection requirements, as applicable. Familiarity with

ASME, ABS, AWS

codes & standards related to welding processes. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and supervisors. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions related to daily work, safety rules, regulations, and potentially hazardous conditions. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and provide appropriate instruction or task-level guidance when assigned.
