Build parts for assembly and aftermarket components. Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately. Apply knowledge of Lean Principles and 5S in daily tasks. Essential Skills Proficiency in welding, specifically MIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Competence in using measuring tools. Experience with lathe machine operation. Work Environment Work in a dynamic manufacturing facility with high noise levels, requiring hearing protection. The environment is indoors, but with large bay doors open, exposure to weather elements like cold in winter and heat in summer is expected. Housekeeping is performed per shift, but the environment can be dirty. Steel toe or composite toe boots are required, along with PPE including ear plugs, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, arm shields, welding jacket, and helmet, which are provided by the company.
