We're looking for experienced welders who can read blueprints, fabricate parts, and perform high-quality MIG welding on heavy steel. What You'll Do Build and fabricate trailers from blueprints Perform MIG/flux core welding (vertical welding experience preferred) Fabricate, fit, and weld heavy steel components Operate plasma cutters, laser cutters, cranes, and material handling equipment Work safely while maintaining quality and productivity standards What We're Looking For 3+ years of MIG/flux core welding experience Strong fabrication and blueprint reading skills Ability to accurately use tape measures and shop tools Mechanical aptitude and experience working with heavy steel TIG welding experience is a plus Trade school or Vo-Tech training preferred Why Join Us? Shift:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $28.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
