Seeking experienced Welders and Fabricators Skills Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux Core welding based on project requirements Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Previous welding and/or fabrication experience Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum preferred Familiarity with fabrication tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, saws, and drill presses Ability to pass a weld test if required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tallahassee, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
