Full-Time Responsibilities Perform MIG and Stick welding operations according to company specifications and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous welding experience required. Ability to successfully complete a weld test during the interview process. Ability to work the assigned first-shift schedule. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
