$23-$32/hr Full Benefits/Long term role Job Summary We are hiring a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join a fast-paced contract manufacturing job shop. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of parts and materials, supporting different projects each week. Ideal candidates will have experience with thin-gauge welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication support tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding (14-18 gauge) in flat and horizontal positions Complete TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel Load and unload parts from robotic welding equipment Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Grind, clean, and finish welded parts to meet quality standards Inspect welds and correct defects as needed Support a variety of projects in a job shop environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety and production procedures Required Qualifications Experience with MIG welding or completion of a welding program Ability to weld in flat and horizontal positions Experience or exposure to TIG welding (mild steel & stainless) Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and quality Work Environment Large industrial job shop with robotic welders and fabrication equipment Production-driven environment with consistent workflow Exposure to moderate noise and active shop setting Must follow PPE and safety standards at all times Apply Today Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Prior Lake, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
