- MIG Welder - 2nd Shift
- Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating steel components according to blueprints and work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Responsibilities
- + Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals + Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders + Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently + Measure, cut, fit, and assemble components prior to welding + Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met + Operate basic fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, and hand tools
- Essential Skills
- + 1+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment + Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols + Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares + Strong attention to detail and quality + Welding certificate or 2+ years experience
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Combination of schooling and on-the-job experience is advantageous.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.
50 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
