TIG Welder Job Description Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the TIG Welder is responsible for operating and performing various welding techniques, including MIG stick and TIG welding, on a variety of metal alloys and customer parts. The welder ensures that all parts are defect-free and meet customer specifications. Responsibilities Operate and perform various welding techniques such as MIG stick and TIG welding. Ensure all parts are defect-free and meet customer specifications. Work with a variety of metal alloys and customer parts. Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient operations. Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition. Essential Skills Proficiency in TIG welding. Experience in fabrication and blueprint reading. Ability to perform TIG and MIG welding. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Brown Deer, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $620000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
