Job Description

Chief Manufacturing is seeking an Experienced fabricator to join our team. As a fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of welding techniques. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in welding who is looking to contribute to the production of high-quality products. Duties
  • Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Read and interpret blueprints and cad models, schematics, and welding codes and standards
  • Use hand tools and operate machinery to cut, shape, and weld metal components
  • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and fabricate products on an open table
  • Experience operating hand tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and welding metal components
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate welds
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials

Hours:
7 am
  • 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday 2 paid 15 minute breaks 7 am
  • 11 am Friday 1 paid 15 minute break
