Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for welding and fabricating items for Menard's Fleet division. Hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all aspects of welding and fabrication of new steel projects. Fabricate various items that may pertain to trucks and forklifts, but not limited to this. Any other welding related projects assigned by the manager.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Have 3-5 years of direct welding experience or an accredited welding technician degree Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask Must be able to take direction from management Must be able to work independently Able to lift 40lbs. occasionallyBenefits
