6:00am-2:15pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Welder for a company in Elkhart Lake, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform TIG welding on materials, such as aluminum, stainless, and galvanized steel
• Form sheet metal products
• Set up TIG welder for a larger variety of metals
• Read and interpret project plans
• Follow written and/or verbal instructions
• Operate forklifts
• Weld a variety of products

Welder Requirements:

• Certificate in Welding or 1 year of experience required
• Must have the ability to read and interpret project plans
• Dedicated, focused, and self-motivated
• Pre-employment welding test, basic math test, drug screening, lift test, and physical required
• Completion of Culture Index Survey
