Direct Hire Union Position Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Welder to join a long-standing manufacturing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a Monday-Friday first-shift schedule and a strong benefits package. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel Read and interpret project plans and drawings Follow written and verbal instructions Perform additional production and support duties as assigned Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Qualifications Welding certificate or 2+ years of welding experience required MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret project plans Strong attention to detail Dependable and safety-focused Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
