Job Description
Summary Are you an experienced welder who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and producing high-quality work A local manufacturer is looking for a skilled Welder to join their growing team. In this role you will independently perform welding, fabrication, and fit-up work to manufacture quality products that meet engineering specifications. This position has a 1st Shift Monday- Thursday schedule and pay consideration starts at $26 (higher rates based on experience) If you have strong fabrication and welding experience, enjoy working independently, and want to be part of a stable company with excellent benefits and advancement opportunities, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare materials and fabricate components Independently fit up and weld units and other complex assemblies Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, threading pipe, thermal cutting, MIG/TIG welding, grinding Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, pipe fitting, and fabrication Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Proficient with precision measuring instruments and hand tools Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50lbs #indMMIS
