One of our valued manufacturing clients in Fraklin, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Aluminum
MIG & TIG
Welder to join their growing welding and fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder with a strong background in aluminum welding , specifically MIG and TIG processes, who takes pride in clean welds, strong penetration, distortion control, and high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities of the
Welder:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies Set up welding machines, filler materials, and machine settings specific to aluminum applications Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, travelers, and weld procedures Ensure proper fit-up, joint preparation, penetration, and weld appearance Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and defects; make corrections as needed Work closely with fabrication and weld prep teams to support production flow What You Bring as the
Welder:
High school diploma or GED 2-3+ years of aluminum MIG and TIG welding experience Strong expertise in aluminum weld quality, heat control, and distortion management Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Experience using welding tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments AWS aluminum certifications are a plus Heat exchanger, pressure vessel, or industrial component welding experience highly preferred Schedule & Pay for the Welder role:

$28.00-$37.00/hour, based on experience
