Job Description

TIG/MIG Stainless Steel & Aluminum Welder/Fabricator Neenah, WI | $25-$35/hr | Full-Time About the Role We're looking for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team that specializes in producing high-quality stainless steel and aluminum components for the marine and industrial industries. This is a hands-on position where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued every day. In this role, you'll weld and fabricate a variety of components while working from blueprints and production drawings. Key Responsibilities Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals Produce high-quality welds that meet both structural and cosmetic standards Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, work orders, and fabrication drawings Operate fabrication equipment and hard automation, including plasma weld-around equipment Measure, fit, and assemble components to required specifications Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met Follow established quality control procedures throughout production Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work with team members to meet daily production goals Required Qualifications Previous TIG and MIG welding experience Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work instructions Familiarity with fabrication tools and manufacturing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Experience operating plasma weld-around or other automated welding equipment Previous fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working with marine, industrial, or custom metal products Ability to perform fit-up and layout work independently Benefits Competitive pay based on experience ($25-$35/hr) Health insurance with low deductibles and out-of-pocket costs Dental and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance Short-term disability insurance Paid vacation and holidays Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonus program
