YOU'LL DO

As a Welder / Fabricator you'll play a critical role in constructing custom industrial equipment.

Core responsibilities include:

Perform MIG welding on structural steel and sheet metal components (aluminized mild steel, stainless steel, and mild steel) Fabricate frames, plenums, and ductwork for custom drying systems Rivet, drill, cut, and grind materials to meet design specifications Read and interpret blueprints, shop standards, and welding instructions Measure and verify parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and equipment Support additional fabrication processes, including: Welding training (technical program) or hands-on welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude

Pay:

$18.00 - $27.00 per hour
