Job Description Position Title:

$20.00- $31.

10 Hours- Various Start Times Available (4am, 5am, 6am) Looking to continue to grow your welding skills?
Welder Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools used in metal fabrication processes
- Perform MIG, TIG, robotic and other welding operations as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and welding specifications
- Determine appropriate welding methods, materials and equipment for each project
- Select and install torches, torch tips, filler rods, flux and related welding components
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by removing rust, scale, slag, grease, moisture and other contaminants
- Position and secure workpieces using hoists, cranes, wire, banding machines and hand tools
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and safe welding practices
- Assist with production and fabrication activities as needed Requirements for
Welder:
- At least one year of welding experience
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding processes
- Ability to safely operate welding equipment and maintain safe work habits
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy and fabrication processes
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to accurately measure and inspect finished products
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
