Tann Corporation Tann Corporation is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator experienced in MIG pulse welding to join our team. In this role, you'll fabricate and assemble high-quality metal components from prints, ensuring precision and durability. Responsibilities:

Perform MIG pulse welding on stainless steel and other materials Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Cut, fit, and assemble components to spec Maintain a clean, safe work environment Apply industrial insulation (hot, cold, acoustic) to piping, ducts, tanks, and machinery in compliance with spec. paint

Qualifications:

Experience with MIG pulse welding required Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Prior fabrication experience preferred Perform high-quality MIG and Pulse MIG welding on a variety of steel types and thicknesses. Familiarity with insulation materials and proper installation techniques. Knowledge of OSHA and industry-specific safety standards. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in hot or cold environments. Ability to follow verbal and written work orders. Punctual and consistent attendance - you show up everyday, on time and want to work!
