Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine welding requirements. Weld, cut, and assemble metal parts using various welding techniques including MIG and Stick. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Monitor work progress and report any issues or delays promptly. Ability to operate a forklift as needed. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Equipment operation experience preferred Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Equipment must always be used in a safe manner.
