Snow plows, dump bodies, lift gates, cranes, hoists, hydraulic pumps and PTOs, van shelving, ladder racks, and safety lighting — for the construction, excavation, municipal, and service fleets that need their trucks running tomorrow morning. Who we're looking for An experienced technician. Someone who has been doing this long enough to look at a chassis and a spec sheet and know how the job needs to go together. About 90% of our work is custom. You won't be doing the same install forty times — every truck is a little different, and figuring out how to make the equipment fit the chassis in front of you is most of the job. What you'd work on Install snow plows, dump bodies, lift gates, cranes, hoists, and hydraulic systems on a full range of work trucks Run and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits — pumps, valves, cylinders, PTO drives Wire and troubleshoot 12V electrical — controls, lighting, safety systems Fabricate mounts, brackets, and one-off parts as the job requires Install van shelving, ladder racks, and accessory equipment Service and repair equipment we've sold, in the shop and occasionally on site Talk directly with customers about what their truck needs What you should bring Several years as a truck equipment, heavy equipment, fleet, or automotive technician Solid hydraulics knowledge — you can read a schematic and trace a problem 12V electrical troubleshooting, including reading wiring diagrams Welding and cutting — MIG, torch, plasma Drilling, layout, and basic fabrication on steel The judgment to work a job through on your own and the sense to ask when something isn't right Valid driver's license; CDL a plus but not required What we offer Hourly pay, not flat rate — you get paid for the hours you work $28-38/hour depending on experience Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM All federal holidays paid Paid personal time, PTO, and sick time after one year
