Pay Rate:
$18/hour We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Welders. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build hands-on welding skills and grow within a manufacturing environment. Schedule
Training Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Post-Training Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Training Program
Training will include:
Weld safety and preparation
Blueprint reading
Materials and metals knowledge
Equipment setup
Virtual training modules
Responsibilities
Weld I-beam frames and fuel tanks in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
Work with sheet metal thickness ranging from 10 gauge up to ½ inch
Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind, or bolt component parts to achieve required configurations and positions for welding
Position and secure workpieces using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines, or hand tools
Inspect products and equipment for defects or malfunctions
Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout the welding process
Qualifications
Willingness to learn and develop welding skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work with hand tools, welding equipment, and lifting devices
Manufacturing or welding experience is a plus, but not required
