MIG Welder Are you an experienced welder who takes pride in clean beads and quality craftsmanship? A growing, leading metal manufacturer in Neenah, WI is looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join their team. In this role, you will work on custom and production metal fabrication projects involving steel, stainless, and aluminum. If you enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and building high-quality metal products from start to finish, we want to hear from you. Position

MIG Welding:

Perform high-quality MIG (GMAW) welds on light-to-heavy gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless components.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and shop drawings to accurately assemble components.

Fabrication & Prep:

Cut, grind, fit, and align metal parts using shop tools (tack welding, angle grinders, saws, shears).

Quality Inspection:

Inspect completed welds for structural integrity, accuracy, and aesthetic quality.

Equipment Care:

Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and keep a clean, safe workstation.

Qualifications Experience:

1-3+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or custom fabrication environment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; formal welding training or AWS certifications are a plus.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read weld symbols and blueprints; proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments (calipers, tape measure).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work comfortably in a fast-paced shop environment.
