• 12:00 AM Position Summary Seeking a skilled Welder to join our 2nd shift fabrication team.

This role is responsible for producing high-quality welded assemblies ranging from small components to large structural projects. The ideal candidate has strong MIG welding experience, is comfortable working with modern fabrication equipment, and takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork. Primary Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on a wide variety of steel components and assemblies Occasional TIG welding as required Weld parts ranging from very small weldments to large structural projects Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols Operate or assist with: Robotic welding systems Laser cutting equipment Press brakes (2) Inspect welds to ensure conformance to quality standards Required Qualifications Proven MIG welding experience (primary welding process) Ability to weld in multiple positions Experience with steel fabrication Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and workmanship Physical ability to lift, position, and handle materials as required Schedule & Compensation 2nd
