Job Description

Duties:
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using various tools and equipment
  • Perform welding and print reading tasks to join and shape metal parts
  • Operate plasma cutting machines to cut metal according to specifications
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
  • Rig and move heavy materials using appropriate lifting equipment
  • Operate press brake machines to bend metal sheets into desired shapes
  • We will train you on the job as well!
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
  • Proficient in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Familiarity with soldering techniques for joining metal parts
  • Knowledge of machining processes and ability to operate related equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve some heavy lifting (usually 50lbs max) and standing for long periods of time
  • we have many overhead cranes to help you lift safely!
  • Attention to detail, safety, and ability to work with precision and ability to work efficiently while unsupervised and as part of a team
  • You must have a welding helmet and steel-toe boots, we will provide additional PPE such as safety glasses, respirator, and gloves.

  • Full time workers will be offered (4) 10 hour days, Mon-Thurs, 6:00 am
  • 4:00 pm
