What You'll Do:

Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on a variety of fabrication projects Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans Cut, fit, assemble, and fabricate metal components with precision Inspect finished work to ensure quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship Assist with custom fabrication projects and structural steel solutions Work alongside a skilled team to solve problems and deliver exceptional results Travel to jobsites as needed for installation, repairs, and field fabrication Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment What Makes You a
