$28-$32/hr (Base + Premium)

The Compensation Picture:
$26-$29/hr base $2.00/hr 2nd shift premium Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Company-sponsored Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability; you pay no weekly premium for these Health insurance, dental insurance, FSA, and HSA Work shoe reimbursement program Prescription safety glasses program
Paid Time Off & Sick Time Off Your Schedule:
1st
Shift:
5am-3pm Monday-Thursday; Friday overtime as needed (5-8 hours) 2nd
Shift:
3pm-1am Monday-Thursday; Friday overtime as needed (5-8 hours)
What You'll Do:
MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding on carbon and stainless steel Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols; set up components to spec Inspect completed welds for quality; measure with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Maintain welding equipment (torches, wire, tips, nozzles, diffusers) Operate overhead cranes; log job data into our computer system Follow all safety standards
What We're Looking For:
Solid hands-on welding experience in a fabrication environment Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Comfortable with measuring tools and basic math Ability to lift up to 50 lbs •All candidates complete a blueprint comprehension test and hands-on weld evaluation•WeldFab Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer.
