Lowe Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer and distributor of drives, augers, trenchers, and attachments for skid steers. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers, and we are looking for dedicated and skilled production welders to join our team. We are currently seeking Production Welders to become part of our team. As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for welding various parts and components as part of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have previous MIG welding experience and a strong understanding of reading blueprints and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on various materials and parts Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all welding tasks Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Follow all safety protocols and procedures Ability to work overtime when necessary, especially during busy production periods

Qualifications:

Previous MIG welding experience required Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime when required

Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Extended hours to 4:30 PM when 10-hour shifts are required)

Compensation:

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour to start, based on experience
