This position is a third shift opportunity with a pay scale of $32/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

Weld heavy structural plate Weld flat, vertical, and overhead positions Read blueprints and weld procedures Fabricate and assemble weld projects Measure welds accurately Perform air carbon arc gouging Use cutting torches and beveling material Grind and prepare components Follow AWS welding procedures Read blueprints and welding drawings Understand AWS welding symbols and terminology Follow Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) Read tape measures in inches and millimeters Convert millimeters into inches Perform basic math calculations Requirements Understand preheating practices Must be experienced with: FCAW (.052 wire) - Vertical 3G GMAW (.052 wire) - Flat and Horizontal 100% CO₂ shielding gas• Air carbon arc gouging (.025 carbon rod) Vacation Pay Health insurance 401(k) profit-sharing savings plan Incentive programs Tool purchase programs & MORE!
